General Information

- Please read everything carefully before sending me a message. I can be reached via Bluesky DM (preferred) or email. (Check the links button for those.)
- You must be 18 or older to order a commission.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
- I only take payment up front. I will also take half payment up front, and half upon completion. Either way, I start after getting the money.
- I take payment via Ko-fi. Tips are not required but always appreciated.
- Once I pass the sketch phase, you get 3 revision requests. Any additional revision requests will be charged based on the time spent and complexity of the revision.
- I may stream the creation process on my Twitch. However, if you do not want me to do this, please let me know and I will honor that request.
- If something in my personal life comes up and I cannot complete the commission, a refund shall be promptly issued.
- Please note that as my technical skill improves, the prices will rise, but I will always try to keep the prices fair and based on the amount of work I put in, as well as the value I think they have.

Rules

I will draw:
- Guys, gals, NB pals, any and all gender identities.
- Humanoids
- Not-Quite-Furries (Think Miqo'te from FFXIV or Holo from Spice and Wolf)
- Fanart & OC's
- Basic Armor (You ain't gettin' no 15th century rich boi armor.)
- Simple humanoid robots/reploids
- Melee weapons of just about any sort. I specialize in stylized, somewhat grounded and realistic weapons as well as energy blades. I will draw cartoony weapons though.
- Ranged weapons but nothing modern. Bows, crossbows, antiquated firearms and sci-fi laser guns are fine.
-Minor injuries. Keep it PG-13.

I will not draw:
- Lewds, tasteful or otherwise. I ain't good enough for that.
- Gore, explicit sexual art, or fetish art. Not my specialty.
- Controversial or problematic stuff (That's a never.)
- Furry art (I ain't good at that, sorry y'all. Maybe one day.)
- No modern firearms (Assault rifles, etc.)
- "Corrections" of other people's art.
- NFTs or whatever damn fool nonsense cryptobros are doing these days.

Terms of Service

Process

1. Contact me and let me know about your commission idea. If I accept, move onto step two.
2. Submit payment and references. I need either picture references or a VERY detailed write-up. If you want to submit both, I certainly won't stop you.
3. After payment is accepted, numerous sketches will be started and sent for approval. I try to make sure I get things right before moving onto the next step, which is lineart.
4. Revisions can be made during the sketching or lineart phase. Any revision request can be made 7 days after the completed commission.
5. If a mistake was a design error on my end [like missing a part of the character's design], no revision charges/count will be made to fix those specific errors.
6. You will receive the final artwork in a high-resolution .png file. Other parts such as lineart or transparent, background-less versions of the final art can be given upon request.
7. I reserve the right to charge additional fees when I am requested over 3 times to revise completed artwork.

Payment/Refund Info

Client's Personal & Private Uses and Rights

- Commissioners may use the commissioned artwork for their website banner, social media, stream, or avatar/icon - as long as credit is given.
- You may print the artwork for personal/private use. As long as it is not for-profit.
- You may not claim my artwork as your own nor edit or set it for redistribution.
- You may not use or mint my artwork for NFTs [Non-fungible tokens] or AI “art.”
- You may not edit, trace, or heavily copy my artwork without my consent. Please ask first regarding this.
- You may not reprint my artwork as saleable merchandise. [Please see below regarding commercial usage]

Commercial Usage

- Intending to use the artwork for commercial use must be disclosed in the beginning of the commission process.
- Any commercial usage must be discussed and agreed upon by both the commissioner and artist. Once agreed, an additional commercial fee will be charged per artwork.
- Commercial fees can be negotiated.
- Commercial usage is applicable but not limited to: Physical merchandise, album covers, and so on.

- (Paused) Basic 4 Page Audio Script: $60 USD. Roughly 4 pages, 11 size font,1000-1500 words
- Extra 1: + $10 USD for additional characters
- Extra 2: + $15 USD for 3 paragraph lore writeup
- Free optional bits on request for art: Transparency, basic abstract background, flat color bg, gradient bg, basic character equipment. (For example, a basic sword and shield for a knight.)
